Edna N. Johnson, 89, of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away Tuesday morning, May 28, 2024, at Oakview Nursing & Rehab, Burlington.She was born Nov. 30, 1934, in Monmouth, the daughter of Maurice B. and Edna M. (Doyle) Lee. She was raised and educated in Little York, Illinois, graduating from Little York High School.Edna married Dale A. Johnson in Monmouth on July 2, 1960, and he passed away on Oct. 29, 1997.She worked many years as a secretary for Ed-Co Ag in Monmouth, M & W Ag in Alexis, Illinois, and later Central Feedin Kirkwood, Illinois.She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Raritan and later Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Monmouth.Edna enjoyed traveling, camping, playing dominos and square dancing, and going to her grandchildren's many events.Survivors include her children, Bruce Johnson of Monmouth, Lonnie (Carolyn) Johnson of Monmouth, Angela (Tom) Goble of Burlington, and Marcie (Todd) Brissey of West Burlington; seven grandchildren, Brant, K
